What can i say about our realm? As one of the old school players, I have seen many players, guilds, drama and co passing by. Over the years, I learned two things. One that our community is strong and two our PVE progression isn’t.  What is this with Vashj and hardcore guilds? Why do they mix like Baily’s and tonic? What most people say is that our talent pool is dry as Anna Kournikova in the bedroom, but i doubt this is the only reason.

Yes we have too few good and active players for a competitive raiding guild; however, I feel it is possible to have steady PVE progression at Vashj if you have a guild with a good officer team. Guilds as Verve, with Saryon leading, showed in the past that good raiding guilds are possible. Actually, even, Serendipity showed they could easily exist till the yearly returning summer slack, but their officers panicked and went looking for the Holy Grail at the realm Kazzak.

It was one exciting summer this year for us forum trolls and drama queens. Crooks stopped raiding again, though this time it wasn’t mom who pulled the plug. Via Dolorosa disbanded after weeks of being burned meat at Illidan and of course Lorandil transferring didn’t help their cause either. But the disbanding of the year was, of course, that of Caution who for a point managed to compete @ SWP world wide level. Despite the fact Daveyoyo’s swifter absorbed several guilds, they couldn’t keep the guild running.

This hardly scares me. Over the years, I saw this coming back each year. Actually this is the first year my guild, The Aunans, kept raiding through the summer, progressing from Bloodboil till Kalecgos being down. Things will turn back to normal in a couple of weeks, when people come back for sure. And I am pretty sure that people won’t lose the chance to try clearing the last instance as it happened with Naxrammas at Vanilla wow.

Now Flash Vashj News, will try to give every week, after the instances reset an idea of how things were in the server the week that passed. At alliance side, we got 1 guild that has step foot in SWP at the moment, The Aunans. This week they managed to finish all farm content @ Monday, leaving Tuesday to try Brutallus getting him to 35% without an optimal setup for a kill. From the much expected Council of Tirisfal we haven’t heard much after their Illidan kill. Of course it’s hard to start a new guild at the summer and they had some bumps in the road, but the time comes to cash their promises, becoming the nr1 alliance guild, at least. The new guild Discworld, guild nr 59 from Gyftaki, had a reasonable week in BT, managing to down Teron Gorefiend, the retard check of Black Temple.

At Horde side, not much happened last week either. Mojo Madness is at the moment the nr 1 horde guild, with them being at the lovely Eredar Twins. Supreme are on their tails, however, with them trying Felmyst. With Vera Illumination having saved Kalecgos from getting corrupted, it promises to have an exciting battle of who will end TBC as best horde guild. Horizons are ready to enter SWP from their side too, since they managed to down Illidan . What leaves us with Endure. What is happening with this guild? They started very promising and progressed with an incredible speed. However, after that, not much was heard from them. Are they still raiding or was it just another ‘Supremacy’? Time will tell i reckon!
